Short story long... I hate Dentists. (Sorry Doc, not you) Had a dentist put in a filling a few years ago in back molar. Bad filling. Broke the tooth AND cracked the molar in front of it as well within 2 weeks. Visit to oral surgeon to remove back molar and a different dentist to fix and cap the cracked molar. After the world went insane, the other dentist was taking appointments 2 months out and when another tooth broke on a missed bone in some bbq, no callback for hours even though "emergencies" were listed on website. Again, other Dentist also sent to oral surgeon
Fast forward to last year. Capped molar started becoming loose. I ignored it because lets face it, I liked chewing on the right side of my mouth as much as the left side and my Dentist experiences had really been sucking. Came to a head last week. Other molar needed to come out
Daughter found Celebrity and Doc Trent.
Doc got me in within 2 days. Was expecting another "oral surgeon" office referral.... NOPE!
Doc and Erica (? Gabapentin brain, iykyk) painstakingly went and got every single root, nerve and piece of the molar out. NO shortcuts. Also built the bone back up which was gone due infection and my stupidity. AND, it may have been painstakingly done, but the only pain I had was the pinched nerve in my neck forcing me to adjust positions
Once the Doc got done with the molar, I was about to make another appointment for a follow up. Since I was mostly still numbed up, Doc asked if I wanted to start the deep cleaning (Quads? Scaling) I knew I already needed. We ended up getting the entire right side done while I was there and to be honest, it feels like the best Ive ever had
Ill be going back for my follow up in 3 weeks and to get the other side cleaned and done as well.
The quality of the work is great and the prices are more than fair. Throw in the great atmosphere and its a winner. You can tell everyone enjoys what they do.

"This place is AMAZING. I am from out of town and has just arrived into Chicago. Was having lunch with family and one of my provisionals popped off. Of course this happens on a Friday afternoon. I found Celebrity Smiles and called them immediately. I spoke with Kayla and she said it was no problem to get me in for a quick fix, and it was 30 minutes before they closed. She was so warm and friendly and Dr. Jones was just as kind and accommodating. Dr. Jones bonded my provisional back on in no time and I was on my way. This is by far, one of the best experiences I’ve had with a dentist . They saved me on my trip home to Chicago. I would 100% recommend them. Thank you Kayla and Dr. Jones SO MUCH "
