"I initially googled for a dentist close to home. Celebrity smiles was the first dentist to pop up that was closest to me. I called made an appointment, and soon found out that celebrity smiles was a little bit further than was said by google.
That being said I decided to just go to the appointment since it was on the way to the area where I work. This first appointment was very nerve racking, but before I even sat in the chair I met with my dentist who would be taking care of me. He was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. He did the very best at making me feel comfortable and ensured that I understood exactly what celebrity smiles stood for. After the initial meeting we then sat and went over X-rays that were taken prior by a lovely assistant. ( which all of them are very friendly and nice. Like to start conversation and make you feel “at home”.) my dentist very thoroughly went over every single issue and explained what he thought would be the best way to approach the work that needed to be done. He took his time and made me feel really comfortable. Unfortunately by the end of my consultation I found out that my insurance was not accepted at celebrity smiles. Even tho, he still explained what he wanted to do and suggested what needed to be done if I decided to go somewhere else. (He was also very upfront with pricing which was greatly appreciated so I knew what was to come with no surprises). At the end of the consultation I left and I decided to completely change my insurance to be able to go to this dentist. I was so impressed and please with the service of the initial consultation. I really like how the appointments are very personal and completely focused on you because you are the only patient they see when you are there. ( and not because of COVID , this practice has been before covid) I felt like everyone cared and wanted to do the best job for me personally. I then had my first appointment and I knew that I made a great decision to go to celebrity smiles. I was treated greatly from the moment I walked in until the second I left. Again very impressed and very pleased! Wonderful group of people working here! Very highly recommended!!!"
